1.Resting heart rate: 78- =average(B3:B15)
2.Active heart rate: 137.07- =average(C3:C15)

Median:

1.Resting heart rate: 84- =median(B3:B13)
2.Active heart rate: 144- =median(C3:C15)

Range:

1.Resting heart rate: 52- =min(B3:B15) , =max(B3:B15) , =max-min
2.Active heart rate: 94- =min(C3:C15) , =max(C3:C15) , =max-min

The trend of this test is everyone's resting heart rate is lower than their active heart rate.

What does ICT mean to you and why do you think it is important?
I think ICT is an important subject.It'll help us a lot in the future, when we go to work, we mostly save things on the computer. To find information for studying, we can go on computers and surf the internet. To communicate with others, we also log on to the computer and write mails or chatting too. So i think its ICT is very important to our life.
Personal Target for ICT this year:
This year, i want to learn more specific about designing website.The program that we used last year, it's kinda hard for me.I want to try if i could design my website better than last year. I like to design things but on computer, it seems so much harder than by hands.
